The chorizo burrito is so good! You can customize and you can get it deep fried. Most places don't give options to customize the way Consuelo's does. I just wish there was an option to have pico and salsa in a cup on the side. It's always hot and fresh and they always get my order correct. I will continue ordering from here and maybe try some new things. They fill it up correctly and evenly with all ingredients. I may try some new things here I bet all the food is good.

I've been wanting to try Consuelo's for a long time because I've been hearing they are the best and NOW I GET IT! One of the best shredded beef Tacos I've ever had! And there is so much meat on the taco! The beef was delicious and I haven't even tried the Combination Burritos yet! I will definitely be ordering from here from now on! Highly recommend.

Growing up in LA County, Mexican food was abundant! Moving out this way it was hard to find a place that compares. This place is the very best Mexican food. Chili Verde, always spicy, tender, potato taco, enchiladas, soups, so good! Can’t eat in, just take it home!

I love they still put plenty of tomatoes on tacos and you can even buy extra tomatoes. the lettuce was fresh. all their food has the delicious taste of great tacos from the past or from fancy restaurants. their rice is really delicious 😋. the portions are the perfect size with the tacos being large.. I love the fact the containers don't leak and keep the food warm. you get lots of options on meats, sauces and sides. they even include a salad choice side. my burrito was huge. This is my new favorite restaurant.

I ordered a chili verde burrito with extra beans and light rice, a side of chili verde sauce, and crunchy tacos with rice and beans. Great portions and I've ordered here multiple times - the quality stays consistent whether through DoorDash or in-person.
What I loved: The refried beans are excellent, especially with the chili verde sauce on top. The rice has a unique seasoning (maybe cumin?) that tastes different from typical Mexican rice in a good way. The crunchy tacos impressed me - flavorful tortillas, perfectly portioned shredded meat, and generous chili verde. They weren't super crunchy (oil makes them slightly soggy) but held together well. The red salsa is fantastic and spicy - much better than the green salsa which lacks that savory flavor I want.
Area for improvement:
My main complaint is that the burrito tortillas fall apart easily - happened multiple times before. Hoping the extra beans prevent the meat from tearing the tortilla. Despite burrito issues I would order again.
