Coosh's Bayou Rouge is owned by Coosh Willis and his wife Margaret. Willis grew up in Gonzales, Louisiana's Jambalaya Capital. Long-time Tallahassee locals may recall The Mill, a beloved restaurant.
I asked for no shrimp in my Shrimp & Grits- crazy right? I don't even hate shrimp, I just like their sausage more. The store replaced my shrimp with extra sausage, and gave me a truly wonderful meal. So outstanding.

Truly the best meal tonight as we watch FSU vs Miami. They went above and beyond on our special requests and even left notes on the meals. Quick service, excellent quality, personalized notes, you can't ask for much more. We love Coosh's and they keep getting better with every order.

This was absolutely amazing! The food was hot and fresh. My husband and I love this restaurant and it delivered so well. It's also enough for us to both have leftovers. I love the buffalo chicken Buffalo Chicken Sliders!

The pasta was so bland the shrimp was the only thing flavorful! Too much pasta noodles and enough meat! In my opinion the whole plate should have had the same flavor of the shrimp. I would not order this again! But it did come out hot and fresh

Delicious in person but the Buffalo Chicken Po'boy is disappointing on delivery. The fries were undercooked and the sandwich was dry. No lie, there was ONE bite where I could taste buffalo sauce. It's a shame, because the sauce is delicious and you get a good amount of chicken.
