We're a pretty simple family when it comes to pizza. It's either straight pepperoni or pepperoni jalapeño and pineapple, when we're feeling adventuress. But ever since we tried Coyote for the first time, we were finally able to close out the chapter of our lives where we stuck with over priced pizza from that other place....something about some round furniture...I forget the name. But there's no need to try to remember it because the pizza at Coyote is the friggin bomb. Whatever they do to the crust is awesome and the perfect amount of cheese not too much and not too little toppings. If you haven't tried it, you just gotta. You'll be glad you did.

I worked an event today with this staff in auburn 10/11 and they brought the best pizza I have had in years along with outstanding customer servive and just good vibes. Check these gals out it's legit. Flavors were unique like al pastor pizza...so good, they think outside of the box and nail it.

I recently had the pleasure of trying this pizza that was absolutely amazing!! The freshness of the ingredients was evident in every bite. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, providing an ideal base for the delicious toppings. The sauce had a rich, flavorful taste that complemented the generous amount of cheese and toppings. I definitely recommend this place to everyone in auburn who wants to try a different pizza place.

Everything was so good! Didn't know what the pizookie was, but we tried it anyway (it's a cookie with ice cream on top. Ice cream was kind of melted but still really good). I think this is our new favorite pizza place in town. I'm excited to try more stuff soon.
