ordered the carrot cake cookie and it came without any icing making it taste very plain. It's a pricey cookie, but worth it when done right.

Absolutely tiny rip-off. Paid $12 for 3 cookies. If I put them all together it wouldnt even add to 1 single cookie for $6. You can see in my photo, they are smaller than airpods for reference. Do yourself a favor and just buy the regular cookies, these are a waste of money.

The cookies weren't that great, they were dry but I was truly NOT impressed with the customer service. I stood there for 15 minutes without any staff member saying anything to me, not even a greeting. Pretty unfriendly crumbl shop.

Cookies were still hot when delivered! Delicious! Rich and very sweet you only need one to be honest theyre that good!
