We ordered the cinnamon and the pink sugar. They are SO GOOD!!! Moist and full of flavor. They are HUGE!

The brownie batter cookie tasted like a rock and was half the size of all the other cookies. The cookie was obviously burnt and didn't taste well. On top of that, the lemon cookie was sour and didn't taste like the one I had earlier this week.

Delivery, display, size/portions, and packaging were all great. Just underwhelming in taste. The Yellow Sheet Cake cookie seemed undercooked? It was mushy and wet, the consistency was off putting. The pink velvet didn't really taste like anything at all. If you want a sweet treat, look elsewhere.

I ordered the four pack of the large cookies. The specific cookies I ordered were the raspberry lemonade cookie, the s'mores cookie, the dirt cake cookie, and the churro cake. The raspberry lemonade cookie was an odd taste as it combined sweet cookie and citrusy icing. The dirt cake cookie was very rich and chocolatey, so I think anyone who likes chocolate would really like it- and the gummy worm on top was super fresh and not stale at all. The churro cake was a good one tasted very similar to a real churro. The s'mores cookie was my favorite. It was so good and the marshmallows were very gooey. I always love Crumbl and this was a good lineup, would definitely order the s'mores cookie again and maybe the dirt cake for my dad and brother who love chocolate. If I could, I would give this a 3.5.

I ordered the items for a meeting. It was not started until Inarrived. And I do mean, they had to be assembled. There were no customers at 9:40am. The place was minimally clean. Cluttered service desk. These cookies are sold at a premium. I will not be back. I was also late to my meeting since cookies were almost 30 minutes late.
