I stopped by to see what the hype was, I tried the chocolate chip and it was AAmaaazing, and I'm not sure why people reviewing awful customer service, but when I walked in everyone greeted and they was very friendly from start to finish.

The cookies are amazing!! Flavorful, consistency is perfect! The snickerdoodle was a little crushed by the time I got it but still absolutely yummy!

This weeks cookies are delish! when crumbl cookies gets a recipe right they really get it so right that you might end up obsessing over the flavor. but unfortunately i feel the flavors are hit or miss. I dont care for their regular chocolate chip and i LOOOVE chocolate chip cookies from most places. peanut butter cookie isnt sweet enough. but the cornbread cookie is WOW - think corn cake(sweeter than reg cornbread) but in cookie form. i have also had sugar cookie themed cookies that i thought werent sugary flavored enough. but this week the churro cookie is top 2 for me and the oreo cookies and creme is not best but it is really good! I think what they do get right is im officially hooked even though i know i may not like the flavor im most interested in.

I did the 4 pack. I honestly don't understand the hype for these cookies. They only allowed a limited option of selections. I got milk chocolate, blueberry and hazelnut. They are very large cookies but other than that they're not anything special. I could buy some cookies at Harris Teeter for way less and enjoy the flavor just the same. Disappointed overall but I did give it a try. Maybe in store they have more variety to my liking.

Most flavors I have tried has been good. The key lime and the hazelnut are OUTSTANDING. Chocolate Mint was better than I expected. Chocolate chip is consistently good. Sugar cookies are okay, a bit sweet for me; the one I only took a tiny bite of and stopped was the Birthday Cake cookie. Way too sweet; it had no other flavor.
