I will say that the cookies were very yummy and they were indeed fresh. They are a decent size. However I will say that they need to work on the packaging. I received my order and the tamper seal was not on correctly so my dasher could have done something to it if he wanted to. I had a hard time trusting myself to eat but i'd call and make sure the seal is on right. No one wants food that's messed with. I would indeed order again though. Thank you!

There is icing all over the boxes, three of my cookies were cut in half when I opened them because the employee closed the box on them and the icing on the sugar cookies is TERRIBLY done and looks worse than what I could have done at home. $60 is not cheap to cookies and this is not what I expected from crumble.

The decor wasn’t the best on a couple of the cookies, particularly the vanilla bean and cinnamon toast crunch. However, the cookies and cream ones were beautifully decorated. The vanilla bean frosting had a yogurt-like taste, but it was still good. I probably wouldn’t order that one again as a personal preference.
I liked the caramel shortbread and cheesecake. The portions were pretty decent on most of them. The cinnamon toast crunch was a really good one. I really loved the Oreo.
I stay far away, so I have no clue how fresh they really were, but they weren’t stale. They just weren’t warm, but they still tasted really good.
I would definitely recommend Crumbl cookie to someone, but I would ask them what they prefer in a sweet or flavor first and what their palate likes. Because I’m not gonna lie, depending on what they like is depending on if they’ll like the cookie because of its variety. But I honestly love the variety, and I’m overall happy with my order. I definitely will order again.
