The fries were cold, just felt as if they were reheated, the Backyard Bacon Ranch Signature Stackburger was sloppily made, barely any ranch or bbq on it, the bacon was over cooked and just crumbed hurt to chew it, all in all it was not worth how much ive paid for it, and ive never had a problem with this place before but guess today was a bad luck day. Very disappointed in it.

They actively forgot to give me and entire blizzard AND half my ice cream was literally just vanilla ice cream AFTER i paid extra for them to add more!

My side salad was very sad. I barely had any lettuce. Also I paid for cheese, tomato, and croutons. I did not get any croutons. My hamburger was very good.
