Always always an issue with this place. Our ice cream is never as we ordered, the taste is off, and they never seem to have any ingredients to make anything even substitute preferences. We received a warm watered down Royal New York Cheesecake BLIZZARD® Treat what was supposed to be a banana split Shake was another blizzard again warm and watered down. The third shake was supposed to be fruity pebbles we were told they were out so we asked for another banana split shake, they didn't have that either they told our dasher vanilla, chocolate or strawberry. We picked vanilla, it showed up with a thick warm layer of foam on it. It was not the dasher she was prompt, communicated well and came directly here. It is this Dairy Queen and it's a consistent issue, in store and door dash, we've given them probably one too many chances but it was this or nothing tonight and we rolled the dice wrong.

Food is warm at best, the sizes of our fries were wrong, and my strips that were supposed to be sauced weren't at all and were just thrown on top of my tots. I feel that they just gave us what they had sitting in the bin instead of making our food when we ordered it so it could still be fresh and hot when it got here. We havent been in a while, and I doubt we will be back anytime soon.

BeltBuster® Combo would have been good had it come with actual lettuce, not the two pieces of lettuce confetti I found hiding under my tomatoes. My Cherry Misty slush that came with the combo was missing and the Jalitos were cold

Every time I order from here something is always wrong with my order. Definitely won't be ordering here again. I ordered two large blizzards and I received two small blizzards and two completely different flavors than what I ordered. Very disappointing!
