The strawberries in the Royal New York Cheesecake BLIZZARD® Treat were completely frozen. I used to work there and I know they are suppose to thaw the strawberries before they are served. I have sensitive teeth and cannot bite into what is essentially a frozen strawberry brick

Fries were undercooked and the bread wasn't even cut in half like normal I know it's not a big deal but even the gravy wasn't hot and had less than usual just seemed like no effort was put in the meal

the Sauced & Tossed Honey BBQ did not have 6 pieces and the Chicken Strip Baskets w/Drink didnt have gravy or Honey mustard and there bread wasnt cut in either of them

did not get any onions rings when 1 basket should have had onion rings. also the gravy was burnt Chicken Strip Baskets
