The Chicken Tenders and Oreo blizzards were delicious, but unfortunately, the burger was dry and seemed overcooked. They also forgot to include my chili cheese fries, which I had already paid for.
The extended wait time was completely understandable, especially since they were busy. However, handing off an order for delivery without making sure that all
paid-for items are accounted for is not.
Look, I understand that mistakes happen, particularly during busy periods, but taking a moment to double-check an order before sending it out would have prevented the issue of my missing item.
For the record, I didn’t ask for a refund, any credit or free items, or even a remake.
This was my first experience with this establishment, and I simply wanted to share what happened so the issue can hopefully be addressed going forward.
I’m hoping this was just an isolated incident and not indicative of a larger, ongoing problem. The chicken tenders and Oreo Blizzards were genuinely good, so I’d like to believe my experience with the rest of the order was the exception rather than the norm.
