The malt and freeze were delivered without the protective cover over the top. This allows germs, dust, etc to drop into the cup. I have mentioned this several times before but they continue the same practice.

The blizzards were not mixed well. The entire bottom half of all three blizzards were plain vanilla icecream.

The malts were delicious, but they dispense them uncovered . The dasher provided a covered carrier.
