3x missing salads, calamari was crumbed not salt and pepper as ordered, and it was very chewy. Dasher had to wait about 30 mins and order was about 30 mins late due to this (not the dashers fault). Very disappointed and I will be contacting them directly for a full refund.

The batter appeared dark brown either because it was precooked, wrong temp oil or old oil.
The Cod was ok, albeit for the batter.
The chips were not crispy and were warm when the rest of the items were hot, like they were sitting under a heat lamp.

I've bought the Single Pack a few times before with no complaints, however, this time I was very disappointed- firstly there was no tartare sauce & next the chips were perfect, but the fish was really greasy & inedible; I couldn't eat the other seafood either without the tartare sauce, so overall it was a very unsatisfactory, uneaten meal, I'm sad to say.

Ordered the Beach Pack for the 2 of us.
Fish itself was yum BUT it was not as hot as expected.
Calamari was yum & hot
Chips were great but needed to be heated in microwave :-(
MISSING the Potato cakes :-(
Had the order been complete AND hot - then it would have been a 5-star review!
