My crinkle Crinkle Cut Fries were stale, cold, and had no salt. The fries looked like the scraps from the bottom of the fry bag. They were hollow, dry, and cold! They had to be thrown away. Very disappointing, considering del taco's fries are like 4 bucks!

8 layer veggie burrito was pretty much only beans and rice. Chili fries were ordered well done, came very soggy. Got donut holes instead of cheesecake bites. Macho burrito fell apart in my hands. Would recommend going in person to check your bag before you leave.

They really skimped on the chili on the Chili Cheddar Fries, you usually get way more if you order at the restaurant in person. The whole order was correct, though.

Food tasted good but disappointed that the Beer Battered Crispy Fish Taco made with Stone® Buenaveza Salt & Lime Lager tortillas weren't cooked AT ALL! I was served cold and crumbly tortillas. Not even the heat from the fish would make it soft

I order 3 Pc. Crispy Chicken & Fries Box at least 3-4 times a week. Its always fresh and still warm when delivered. Twice this week, the chicken has been overcooked and today it really was overcooked and cold as if it sat for a long time. I enjoy the Real Strawberry Lemonade and is the main reason I order several times a week. I don't care to pay for food that isn't even freshly made. If it continues, ill get my Real Strawberry Lemonade somewhere else.
