listen, whoever was working on valentines day needs a raise. My Bourbon Bacon Burger and Crazy Spicy Skillet was fresh and it was correct! Best fast food I've had in a while!!!

my shakes were as runny as water literally. the only thing that I felt other than runny chocolate water was so much Oreo and then I choked on every swallow. I mean it's not just a little bit more Oreo than what's supposed to be in there. there's at least four or five ounces of Oreos in this little shake neither of us can drink them. and either they used chocolate ice cream for my Oreo blasters instead of the vanilla they're supposed to or that's literally how much Oreo they put in there that you can't tell that it's not supposed to be a chocolate. then I pay $9 for three chicken strips and a little bowl of grapes and you burn the chicken strips and have the audacity to send this to me. it cost me $23 for three chicken strips that were burnt to a crisp a little bowl of grapes and shakes that are so crammed with Oreo it makes you want to puke... I've been out of work for 6 months with a broke leg and I literally spent my last bit of money to buy this order and to tip my doordash driver. and this is the trash that they send me. the cook saw they were burnt and put them in there the server whose job to check it before they pack it up either did and packed it anyway or didn't bother and now I'm paying $22 for three burnt chicken tenders and undrinkable inedible shakes.
I've been a server for 20 years so I complain very rarely and I'll put up with a lot. but I think for the first time ever in my life I want my food recooked and I'd like my money back both...

Mac 'N Brisket Skillet™ was a joke. There was less mac n cheese in it than would be in a kid's serving. There was so little in there the bottom of the container was mostly visible before taking a single bite.

I ordered a fit slam . It's a slim alright there is what looks like a egg white And one Turkey bacon and a little piece of one . Not a full second piece . Much smaller portion than ordered in the restaurant.

I ordered the Build Your Own Grand Slam® my turkey bacon was over cooked, my hash browns are dry which means they over cooked them. Not satisfied with my order, my toast was even burnt and my Biscuit and Gravy isn't the best either cause half the Biscuit is over cooked 😡 only thing good is the eggs but I ordered double and only got a single portion.
