first I've ever had Hearty 9-Grain Pancake Slam® it was excellent, eggs were cooked perfect. the other two meals were great too.

Bacon slices were very barely cooked, stuck together & eggs were stuck together. Both eggs broken, were supposed to be over medium. Were placed on top of each other in the box. Biscuits & gravy were pricey & crammed in a very small container. Red potatoes were soggy. Ham, sausage & biscuit were ok.

Well, what I remembered to be around 7 , 5-1/2 inch long strips of white meat chicken fingers about two inches wide each , smotheted in buffalo sauce and accompanied with celery and carrots for the partygoers who didnt eat chicken is now a few overcooked morsels of white meat about the size of our thumbs. Go figure.
Should be worth $5.79 not 15

Grand Slamwich was missing the maple sauce and was greasy. Salad had 7 cherry tomatoes(one was golf ball sized) and 2 small cucumber slices, fine if you like tomatoes. I don't. Overall I was not impressed.

the food was an absolute mess, and fresh ingredients (i.e., lettuce, tomato) were completely inedible. In addition, food should not be put into containers until they are being delivered. the bread was inedible due to the trapped steam. Rating based on your sister-stores that do a better job.
