Amritsari Kulcha 1 pc taste damn good and I can say it because I'm from that city where this belongs. I have eaten Kulcha for 27 years.
The only thing I've given 4* because of Chaat papri, i felt the quantity was less when comparing with price. Also, the taste is not good to deserve 5*.

Amritsari Kulcha 1 pc so dry and chickpeas - just boiled and gave it.
Chaat papri - quantity too little and full of dahi n tasted like feet.

We ordered Veg tiffin, the rotis we got were stale and very hard. The paneer curry had potatoes in it and just two pieces of paneer, also there was so much oil.
Chole Bhatura was fine, but overall the food was not at all good.
