My family and I first time eating cake from Dessert Gallery was last week after church. Let me tell you, we were hooked at first bite. The actual cake is soft, fluffy, and moist. The icing is light with just the right amount of sweet butter cream. Today is our 2nd time ordering. So far, we have tried, The vanilla cupcakes. The sliced cakes we have tried are Tres leches, strawberry, vanilla, German chocolate, lemon blueberry, and lemon cake. All are 5 stars hands down....If you decide to try this place, just plan on coming back very soon. lol

For the price, the portions should have been bigger. The banana pudding is in a cup with a divider that gives you a smaller portion. Which was only about 75% full. for $12 I thought I was getting 3 cups full like the picture. Same issue for the size of the slices of cake to cost wasn't balanced.

Ordered on a Saturday evening as I did feel like baking and we wanted something for dessert. We had the Coconut Cream Cake, slice and the Lemon Blueberry Cake, slice . The Coconut Cream Cake, slice was the best of two. It was soft, light and had good flavour. The Lemon Blueberry Cake, slice was denser and the lemon overpowered the blueberries in the cake to the point where I could not taste them unless I plucked one from the cake and ate it separate. There were not a lot of blueberries in the cake, and the frosting was far too sweet. The blueberry compote was the star of this cake, and I would have that, but I would not order that slice again. The slices are a decent size but if it is not enjoyable and you bin it, then it's not a good value. Also the Lemon Blueberry Cake, slice was extremely messy, frosting running all over, the slice was not well put together and it did not look appealing at all. We would possibly have the Coconut Cream Cake, slice again. I rarely order desserts as I am a baker (not by trade but hobby) but this seems to be a fair option. May try other cake flavours.

I ordered this cake for the first time last night after 9 p.m. Honestly I wasn't expecting much from a bakery that was open this late but what do you do when you get a cake craving flung on you and you're already in your pj's? I ordered red velvet, which was excellent, and I'd be raving about it if I hadnt also gotten a piece of Coconut Cream Cake, which other than my grandmothers and Mother's is by far the best coconut cake I've ever had in my life. In fact it was so good I just ordered another piece delivered along with a piece of the chocolate mousse cake. It also was absolutely delicious and beautiful but after 2 bites I dove right back into the coconut. I challenge you to try and eat this cake without saying OMG after every bite. Light, moist, heavenly texture, and not too sweet as so many coconut cakes are. Pure cake heaven. The Red Velvet and Chocolate cakes were outstanding compared every other bakery I've tried but the Coconut is in a league of its own. I am so impressed that you can get this from Door Dash because it could easily be served at a Michelin Star Restaurant.

So utterly delicious! This is the best cake I've had in a long time! I got the Mom's Chocolate Cake, slice and my husband the French Vanilla Cake, slice and both were divine 🤌
