• 4/14/24Delicious sandwiches, you can actually see the meat and toppings. The everything bread was very good and the oil used on the Build Your Own - Pick Two Meats was near perfect. They didn't make the bread soggy by adding too much. Never tried this restaurant before but we will be back for more, actually felt full after a sandwich and side.

• 8/22/23Oh my goodness! Literally the Best sandwich I've had in along time. The Italian Assorted was so yummy, and the Multigrain bread was amazing. My pop could've used way more ice and my Chips got crushed, but other than that it all was delicious.. Thank you💜

I agree, I love Penn Station and Jersey Mike's. It's hard to say which is better, but in my opinion, True is superior. They might be a bit more expensive, but the quality is so much more consistent. Everything is better – from the breads to the meat quality. It all just seems a notch above. Almost like the difference between a Burger King burger and a Five Guys or even an In-N-Out if we were lucky enough to still have one. It's the difference between Taco Bell and a real, authentic Mexican restaurant.

• 11/29/21Both subs we ordered were the old fashioned. The bread is good and it's large but the meat to bun ratio is way off. I shouldn't have to pay for more meat just to cover the bun. Pasta salad is too vinegary. Used to love this place when it first opened. It's changed.
