Whoever is the pit master here deserves awards. The bbq is soooooo gosh darn good. The smoked wings are heavenly. The cheddar jalepeño kielbasa is so darn good. The potato salad is on point. The sliced brisket was so flipping good. It's perfectly smoked and tender. The chicken breast is moist and perfect. Best BBQ on this side of town.

Love this location on Sheridan. Had bad experiences with the location on Grant St and stopped ordering. But this location won me back! I'm very impressed with the food. Plenty of meat on Texas Brisket Sandwich Combo and fresh. Everything is packed up with care and still hot!

When I moved back here, this is one of the first places I hit up for barbecue. I used to work here a VERY LONG time ago and was extremely disappointed by how dry everything was. I remember the owner boasting about how they were the #1 Dickeys in Colorado. It was completely different than I remembered. Recently a friend of mine ordered from here for a large group and it tasted exactly like I remembered. The portions have always been small - 1/2lbs for 1meat, 1/4lbs per meat for anything over, but it was just as filling, the smoked turkey was just as good as I remembered, but for some reason the chicken is still dry when it didn't used to be that way. But I'll take a win where I can get it. It's gotten back to the way it was partially at least, and I haven't been disappointed since I started eating here again.

I got sliced brisket and brisket burnt ends. I literally got a slice and a half of brisket and about about 5 pieces of burnt ends. Of those 5 pieces, 2 were just chunks of fat. The potato salad was barely there I could see the bottom of the bowl before even taking the lid off. I ordered and paid for extra pickles, never received. Only thing that was right was the cornbread and mac and cheese.

rib meat is dry and overcooked, with barely any meat on the bone. the bread was not texas toast, just a random roll. 100% not worth price. will never order again.
