simply excellent! The Sea Bass Cubes with Tofu Casserole 豆腐班腩煲 was delicate, and filling. The seafood and tofu had a really really nice texture.

Singapore Noodles were almost inedible. Extremely dry; chicken in the noodles was overcooked and hard to chew. Sticky Rice was fishy. Other dim sum were tasteless.

The Chive & Shrimp Dumpling is very bad, the dumpling skin texture is all wrong, it's a bit cakey and not chewy and springy at all. The filling is not that good too, you can't really taste the shrimp, it's not springy too.
The hot and sour soup is just alright, a bit too runny and salty, flavour wise it's not very authentic, not really spicy as well. Also, the ingredients are too finely chopped.
I will not order again.

Tasty and delicate! Would be good to have the bits of paper or a less tightly packed container so they wouldn't stick together.
