I use to cook fish and chips for years and I'm very fussy but the fish and chips I just had was the best I've ever tasted, was cooked perfectly and all of it was still hot when I ate it, keep up the great work

Everything was beautifully cooked. I should have paid for sauce or salt and pepper for the Flathead. This was my first time eating a fresh water Flathead, and for me personally it smelt bad and needed salt or garlic sauce. That said, they cooked it perfectly. This was just a poor choice on my part. Portion sizes were really good. I will be back. I will try something different the next time.
