The best Indian food I have ever had and I've tried about all of them! So happy I came across this new Indian restaurant because I wil be ordering from there every week! The rice was soooo fresh and fluffy the best I ever had and the chicken is so soft and melts in your mouth!

Solid Indian food and good portion. The Lamb Korma has pretty big chunks of meat, and a very savory flavour overall.
The Naan is fine, though it was not buttered as requested, a fact which left it a bit dry and stodgy. It probably made it easier to use it to soak up the last of the curry, though.

Man, I wanted this to be great. I loved Doaba. It was our "go to" Indian restaurant. We would get the Chicken Makhani which is like Tikka Masala it so much richer and better. Doaba is now under new management and I have to tell you, the food doesn't compare at all.
To list:
The rice portions that come with entrees is much smaller
The Chicken Makhani has different pieces of chicken and different texture that was totally dry and flavorless
The sauce or "gravy" it comes in was totally flavorless.
Samosa was so much smaller and reeked of old oil it was fried in.
So far from what Doaba was. What a shame.
I'll be requesting a refund if possible and not ordering from them again which sucks because finding a new India spot is tough.

Doaba used to be incredible but with the new owners, the flavors were almost nonexistent in the Shahi Paneer. The Malai Kofta also had way less flavor and was gritty. As others have said, they barely fill 1/2 the rice containers now. Very upsetting changes.

The Saag Paneer, Garlic Naan and rice was delicious as always and consistent. The Aloo Tikki (Vegan & Gluten Free) was flavorful, but they were two big soft potato patties. They used to be 2 bite pieces that were crispy, but this time they were huge and too soft. I liked the old version better personally. Very good experience though and I will be ordering again, just not the Aloo Tikki (Vegan & Gluten Free) unless they go back to the original formula :)
