• 7/4/24The CHOCOLATE CANNOLI was great. The Creamy Tuscan Pork Pasta was ok. It tasted fine when you need a differet spin on a take away italian dish, although I would be disappointed if I were to dine in as my expectations would be higher. The roasted pork was plentifully spread over the top of the dish, but despertely called out for the need of more herbs when roasted such as a boost in garlic and possibly adding rosemary. The saue was fine but reminiscent of a pre prepared sauce and lacked spice. The pasta used was penne and while they say they use fresh made pasta you would never be ableto tell as it was so overcooked it was unpalatable. I think switching out the spinach for a more peppery or even a more bitter green would help boost the flavor and definitely serving it over al dente fettuccini with fresh herbs would be great.
