Food was really good. Ordered it 12 at night. So it took a little while to get here. But the food was still warm. And a good portion size.

Food doesn't really look like what it is online. Chicken Katsu Bowl, for example was just very very small cut of chicken. No sayce, no onion, etc. Just the chicken and a huge bowl of white rice (rice is okay). Poke is good, but not that much in there either. Unsure if late night order chefs got tired or just not true to pictures. No utensils included either. No soy sauce included.

Was missing the sauce side order and the crispy onions. Didn't taste super fresh as part of the tuna was just a huge clump not fully cut.
