The donuts were hot and delicious. The only thing I can complain about is that the app showed the restaurant making the order and no updates. I had to call the restaurant after waiting 40 minutes only to find that the order had been delivered. Notifications would have been greatly appreciated next time :)

Nothing particularly kinder surprise about it, comes with crushed wafer sticks instead of kinder bueno. Quite sure that the donuts are just deep fried coles cinnamon donuts also.

Had to call the store twice to follow up on order. Arrived 40 minutes after latest estimated delivery time. Donuts were okay but let down by overall experience.

took over an hour to arrive when I was quoted 20. very bad communication. called them multiple times. terrible customer service. milkshake was warm. donuts were good though.
