I cannot say enough good things about this place. Chris (the owner) is so delightful. The food is always fresh and hot. If something is out of stock, he will give you a call and ask if you want to substitute for something else. We have lived in many places, but this is one of best Mexican restaurants we've eaten at. Thank you so much.

3 quesabirrias are some of the best you can get in Chattanooga. Best to order on friday so you can get the barbacoa meat. Does not come with consomé, but does have a medium spicy type salsa dip that is very dank.
friday Barbacoa is great as well.

I cannot eat birria tacos anywhere else now because their birria tacos are THAT good! Excellent, authentic food and it is always consistent. Can't recommend this place enough!

Food was good. No complaints. Love the homemade chips, churros were a nice size portion, yum. Def can tell they were in same fryer oil, but tasted good just like from the Fair!
2 burritos, excellent value! Pastor & carne asada both good flavor, lots of cheese. Avocado salsa was fresh & spicy, elote cup was good but somewhat boring. Chicken tamales were big and flavor was mild. Unfortunately no pork tamales which is our preference. We'll get them next time! Overall I am very happy to have this in our rotation!
**Rum cake is adorable and def tastes like rum!

I really wanted to love this place, due to the high reviews. But I struggled to eat the meal. The Pollo Loco was very greasy with the rice being a bit on the undercooked side, and quite bland. I added the pico de gallo which boosted the flavor a bit, and the ingredients were quite fresh. Although for $6 I would say the portion was a bit small. The chips tasted like they were refried, they were overly brown and also quite greasy and thick. The Melted Queso Cup was lumpy and slightly coagulated, not like the smoother versions that I'm used to. I did appreciate that it was thicker consistency than others I've had, but the texture was a bit off-putting. Maybe I ordered at a bad time on a bad day, but I'm not sure I could positively recommend.
