They placed my sauce containers on top of my hot dessert, so the plastic containers melted into my sundae and they forgot the gravy for the mashed potatoes. Also, barely any ice cream was provided and whipped cream for the sundae

The smokehouse burger was seriously overcooked when we asked for medium rare. We were charged $11.50 for a small Styrofoam cup (not bowl size) of French onion soup! We were charged $63.67 (not including door dash fees and tip) for two burgers and a small cup of soup! The food took an hour! The driver waited 25 minutes! Definitely NOT worth the money we spent. HUGE disappointment. 😞

Tiny portions. Kids chicken tender meal came with 1 small tender. Jicama slaw had zero flavor.

The cost of this pretzel is over $25. As such, I expect that it not be burned. After two bites, I threw it away. How the cook is able to place a burned Bloomin' Pretzel in a box for a customer, is beyond me.
This restaurant also cancelled my order on Christmas, 90 minutes after I placed my order. Three separate experiences with this restaurant and only one was positive. Not sure I will be ordering from this restaurant again. Such a shame, but, more negative experiences than positive, I think I'll spend my money elsewhere.
