They placed the donuts upside down in the bag, causing all of the frosting to completely come off.

The quality of the food is quite inconsistent. This is my second time ordering at this Dunkin. The first time everything was fine, but this time not only were the hash browns extremely dry and leathery but they also didn't have the drink that I wanted. If it's not available, then why put it as an option?

I ordered two ham egg and cheese on a bagel. no cheese. Dunkin has been terrible lately, cancelling orders, switching items without telling me, and not providing what I ordered.
