Coffee was gross both of them, food was hard and inedible . No croissant and donut was not fresh. Very sad because we always order from here and no problems

only reason i gave 4 stars was due to the donuts Classic Donuts i received. first reason being i asked for 1 glazed and 1 strawberry w sprinkles and i got 2 Boston cream Classic Donuts . i would have been ok woth that (not happy, but not upset) but on top of receiving the wrong flavor they were so old and so stale. everything else was delicious. the Iced Chai Latte was DELICIOUS and the Iced Lemon Loaf was so fresh and so yummy.

Food items are consistently poorly made or put together. Today the hash browns were smashed and in pieces, half cold, and it was like a blind person put my sandwich together. Complete carelessness. It's like they're selling garbage. What happened to this place?

bacon on sandwich was rubbery and undercooked. meanwhile snacking bacon was burnt to a charcoal. gross.
