Picked up my order and my cold brew was made perfectly with the modifications I asked for - extra shot - x ice as well as caramel and coconut flavoring, plus munchkins, hash browns and the stuffed mini bagels are so good.

Really bad. Nothing was actually toasted - not the griled cheese sourdough, bagel. Ive also had the egg & sausage wrap before at another location and it was surprisingly good (even though it's a  healthier option) but this was awful! Tortilla overcooked and shell was hard, cheese burnt. Waste of money.

I asked for no egg on my sandwich and it came with only egg. The hashbrowns were burnt to the point that they weren't edible . My sons Ham & Swiss Croissant Stuffer was burnt so bad he asked "why does this look different " .

The Strawberry Coolatta®and Blue Raspberry Coolatta​® do not taste the same as they used to. I remember them being more refreshing and tastey but now it just is gross, and I can't even get the option for whipped cream and probably will not be ordering again.

The iced latte with a shot of hazelnut and one Almond shot taste like milk , not even espresso, nothing , bland milk without coffee flavor nor any hazelnut or almond flavour in sight
