I eat at other Dunkin' Donuts in the area and they make my sandwich the best. They don't skimp on the bacon or the flavor  in the  Maple Sugar Bacon Breakfast Sandwich and the croissant is never dry.  The croissant is crucial in a croissant sandwich and this one gets it right.  I had to stop and share my feelings about this sandwich at this location - and this is order 30 of the same exact thing! I've done the research.

The bacon egg and cheese sandwich is consistently made with overly crispy, broken up bacon. So much so that I sometimes drive to another location for the sandwich. Also, their donuts never seem to be fresh; like they're made the day before.  At other nearby locations the donuts seem fresh as if made that morning.

I received a donut that looked like it was half eaten. I'm thinking that it broke apart in the bag but no, it was 3/4 of a doughnut. Coming all the way back to the store, the only thing management would do was switch the donut for a whole one. WOW!

My breakfast sandwiches were okay although I had no idea the wraps were so small. They were out of muffins and substituted with donuts just thrown into the bag.  All of the donuts icing was in the bag, not on the donuts.

I ordered two boxes of 50 MUNCHKINS® Donut Hole Treats. I called to make sure they were all set and was told yes. Not even 5 minutes later they call to tell me they actually don't have MUNCHKINS® Donut Hole Treats and will give me a dozen donuts instead. This was supposed to be an easy treat for my kids classrooms for vday and now I'm not sure there will even be enough donuts for everyone to have one. I wish they could update their inventory when they are out of something so people can't order stuff they actually don't have.
