Espresso machine was down but they were kind enough to call and make me a regular coffee instead that tasted perfect! When the dasher hung up on me during that call and told Dunkon to refund me, Dunkin made the effort to call back and clarify what i actually said & made sure my order was correct. They were fast, with hot delicious coffee & great customer service!

I would probably shy away from ordering here without the 50% off deal. The breakfast items usually meets my expectations for fast food, never outstanding but never bad, though I will say the hashbrowns are egregious. For the same price as other locations you get less than half the amount and even worse quality. The refresher beverages are pretty solid though, and overall I'm usually satisfied with the prices.

For over $6 I was hoping the Chicken & Roasted Pepper Dunkin' Wrap was gonna be bigger than my palm, and the 2 order of Hash Browns all fit into one of the Hash Brown baggies with room to spare. The drinks were solid, but their entrées left much to be desired in terms of value and portion size. Would be very disappointed if I had payed full price.

ordered MUNCHKINS® Donut Hole Treats that would have been good except they put mostly chocolate holes which noone in my house eats. Also ordered Maple Sugar Snackin' Bacon that taste like regular bacon no glaze at all. Sausage Egg and Cheese was good. I would not order the two things again.

I ordered a Dunkin latte and added two pumps of mocha syrup because they don't have a mocha latte and then when it arrived at my house, it tasted straight up like chocolate and every time I go in store I do the same thing and it always taste like a mocha latte, but this time it tasted like straight up chocolate milk with extra chocolate and there was no coffee flavor whatsoever so if you're looking to customize your drink, they might just do whatever they want to it even if you say specific directions.
