The Iced Dunkalatte tasted like chemicals?? I got one yesterday and it was the same thing, it genuinely tasted like someone put cleaner in it I have no idea what happened. I know dunkin coffee is usully hit or miss but this is next level.

They gave me the wrong refreshers and I said less ice for both. It's mainly ice so now it'll taste watery. It was a waste of money. The coffee is cold. I had to microwave it for 90 seconds. I ordered 4 donuts. The Boston kreme and jelly are missing. And the 2 glaze are thrown in the bag with no wrapping. I normally do a walk in but decided to order with coworkers. I'm embarrassed and frustrated. The hash browns are balled up and stale. Unbelievable.
