To be honest the food a drink tasted amazing however I received my coffee missing at least an inch or less of coffee on a large coffee I payed for a large and got less I am happy with the quality however the missing coffee really threw off my day,the coffee and donuts where fresh and concidering the coffee quantity is fixed I would order again

Somehow what I ordered (Vanilla Bean Coolatta®) and what I recieved were vastly different from what I was expecting. I quite literally tasted like milk and ice, no vannila flavor or sweetness whatsoever. I would like to believe that it was simply just made incorrectly, because there's no way to justify the price for what i got. Got it in a timely manner though. I hate giving a 1 star, but this one earned it.

Dasher was great, order was wrong. We ordered a large iced coffee and large MATCHA, received what tasted like a latte instead of matcha?? Cup was even marked Matcha. We also ordered donut holes but received frosted covered donuts instead. Also, ordered double chocolate but got regular chocolate. Never had problems before, disappointed. If products were out, we have always been contacted about it.
