only reason for 4 star is because I ordered a spider donut and I guess they are out of the Spider Specialty Donut but they could have told my dasher that so I could pick a substitute. instead my son doesn't have a donut now. I paid for the second donut i should have had the option to pick another. I at least deserve a credit/free donut.

Gross!! I Ordered a Chai Latte, other items. It was disgusting. The Chai Latte was thick, and had no sign of having tea or spices in it. Almost reminded me of a terrible ROOT BEER FLOAT. Also, my crossiant and the others were burnt. I didn't finish any it. Never again! I will stick with "Starbucks."

Our Iced Dunkalattes don't have any expresso in them they taste like its all cream does not taste good at all terrible
