They have great breakfast sandwiches and donuts but it seems they're either out of the strawberry syrup for the Coolattas or the machine is down

Donut holes weren't assorted also ordered 10 got 5. Usually they send a variety as early as I ordered and it was just 9am yet the only kind that was in bag was dry ass plain donut holes that were meant to be glazed but forgot the glaze so my son wasn't able to eat them they were hard stale even after warming  What a waste of money. My Boston kreme was delicious as always.

My bagel sandwich I got was cold and bagel not even toasted, the hash browns always come cold and not crispy like they should be... coffee wasn't sweet and had barely any flavor.. both coffees werent filled up all the way. Also no straws with my order... disappointed. :/ seems like nobody wanted to do their job today.

Matcha Latte was fantastic, but the Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Breakfast Sandwich was flavorless despite being peppered, and the Hash Browns were burnt. I'll still order for drinks, but I'm done giving chances to the food.

i ordered 10 munchkins and only have 8 1/2.  2 of my coffees did not taste like my usual at all. my breakfast sandwich was very cold, and dunkin did not have my muffin, one coffee was 10/10 tho very happy with that
