The drink was on poi and the dough were fre and tas delicious  very satisfied with my order thank you very much!!!!!!!!

they usually mess something up. and not being able to choose more than one way to get your bagel is frustrating. I need it sliced, uncooked, with cream side on the side, but you can only choose one. I chose cream cheese on the side thinking they wouldnt slice it or burn it like they normally do. but I was wrong. they burnt it, and put the cream cheese on it anyways. and the loaded hashbrowns don't even fill the cup half way so the picture as advertised is trash.

I ordered the toasted white chocolate Latte but I called and changed it to the holiday cookie Latte  when I called the store and they said okay, bc the doordash app didn't let me choose it...but I still got the other Latte. wasn't the best, kinda dull and not sweet. Just annoyed about it

Not happy. The bagel is burnt when I ordered lightly toasted and there is so much cream cheese on it that its now soggy. As of the coffee there was only suppose to be 1 cream and it is so cream heavy I cant taste the (x3 ) pumps of butter pecan it is suppose to have. This is very poor display that someone doesnt care.
