Live the Iced Matcha Latte. Flavor is perfect,  not so sweet like other places (gross)

I ordered the Matcha Latte as always. I wanted to share a bit with a friend and so I opened the cap to pour some out. Literally  1/3 of the cup was empty! I'm always going to check from now on. $5.00 and I don't get a full cup? Very disappointed at this location.

Great Management and Staff here! I've had my order made incorrectly a time or two at this location. But the few times I've went to take it back to have them fix it. You can tell that the management and staff here actually care very deeply that my order was made incorrectly. As well as they go above and beyond to fix the mistake by offering something additional for the inconvenience of the situation. That is how every establishment should handle a customer issue! Thank you for always being very professional and setting a great example for your peers and competitors!!

This Dunkin location places your order in a large sealed bag - drink included. I greatly appreciate the added level of protection for my food.

Orders of bagel bites looked and tasted like they were freezer burnt and took on the smell of the toaster they were cooked in 🤢 waste of money
