The packaging they use to wrap breakfast sandwiches have a VERY strong cleaner/chemical smell that has been sticking to food as of late. Very troubling as it's been a problem over the past FOUR orders.

Whoever the new hire is for November 2022. Wow, just wow. Train your employee. Second order in a row where items are horrendously made. First iced coffee order had about 12 pumps of syrup, I had to throw it in the garbage. Not sure what possessed this person to add as much sweetner as they possibly could. Second order completely burnt and over done coffee. The strongest, most bitter, and burnt coffee I've ever tasted. Completely burnt food items, burnt to a crisp. What posses this employee to do this? There is a second dunkin on Main ST? Will not be ordering from Shore Rd anymore.
