I received my bagel but didn't receive my Iced Lemon Loaf it could've been replaced by another cake if the item wasn't on stock but other than that the Bagel with Cream Cheese Spread was great just what I wanted.

I had ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese, the bagel came with little to no cream cheese. Literally was just a bagel at that point. Plus my dunkalatte was dark and tasted horrible.

Terrible. I guess it's hard to read directions. I ordered a hot tea and got a cup of coffee. For the$15i paid for 1 thing, its terrible.

I chose specific donuts I wanted in my dozen donuts and they chose completely different ones. I would have at least liked to be consulted if they didn't have the donuts I asked for. In addition most of the donuts were stale.
