I have been a regular customer at this store for years and sometimes there is an issue but most of the time, my experience is amazing. However, the last 3 times have been horrible. The employee today ignored my dasher and totally got my order wrong. Please make sure you have employees that have diverse training and treat all customers the same. Also, I always get a bag that is sealed with everything inside, today it came in opened paper bags.

Half Half Dozen Donuts came dried up and stale . Butter Croissant was all mushy and Hash Browns the size of a quarter and bland.....I believe this store is Serving expired food for deliveries

Literally everything was cold. Sandwiches weren't toasted. I asked for a coffee cake muffin with butter. They slap butter on top of the muffin and not even have the crumble. Drinks were watered down as per usual. Coffee was made horrible. Just an overall terrible place to order from.
