Sandwich cold, bagel not toasted, 6 tiny pieces of hash browns, food not hot.  Coffee and donut holes were ok.

I have never been as disappointed in Dunkin' Donuts as I am today. They offered a free Original Blend Iced Coffee with an order of $15 or more, so I ordered a Bagel with Cream Cheese Spread, lightly tasted, and a custom half dozen donuts. First, I received a message that they were out of donuts, so I requested munchkins as a replacement. What I got was a nearly burnt bagel I could barely chew with spoiled cream cheese, the iced coffee, and a half dozen donuts (the kind I don't like and I'm pretty sure they were the end-of-the-day leftovers). In addition, I didn't even get the free coffee so I actually paid more than the original order. Smh.

Wrong drink, I ordered the strawberry dragonfruit refresher with green tea, instead i got something that tasted nothing like it and had coconut milk in it. Donut holes were all stale, the sandwich was decent
