The coffee was black and stale, No flavor . one food item was missing and the portion for what I did receive was small. Not worth 16 dollars

This was the 2nd time this month I've ordered a Boston Kreme donut with literally 1/4 of the donut have any "Kreme" at all! This has happened so many times since I've been an adult. I remember as a child every bite had "Kreme". You have upped the prices and decreased the amount of filling by 3/4! Such a disgrace to the American ppl. I will be posting this on TT, IG, FB, X and all the other social media's such as lemon8 and more. This is ridiculous paying almost almost $3.00 for a donut with little to no filling. My last order is what encouraged me to record. There was literally a small amount put into the hole of the donut with that bite having maybe a dime size amount of "Kreme" and I'm being generous! Get it together!

I don't know what's going on with this place but the prices are going up constantly.  $5.61 for a large iced? The highest priced DD around. also,  service is so so. drinks are usually done quickly but all else is very slow. I'm done ordering here, ill head down south olden.

everything was in the bag packaged nicely. food tastes great, everything was perfect! 
 Portion sizes were nice. Freshness was 10/10. I would most definitely order again!
