I order a Frozen Chocolate with extra pumps of vanilla, caramel, etc. It's a complicated drink but they always make it to perfection!

they literally never have the ingredients to make what I want... they don't even care to contact you and to ask if you would want something else, they just send you home with whatever they have. their savory foods lack flavor, and their donuts are getting crusty.

The Loaded Hash Browns was salty with the queso cheese. Hot Chocolate isn't overly sweet or to bitter. The Sweet Black Pepper Snackin' Bacon just tastes like regular bacon with those tiny sugar packets added to it (not sweet, really).

they were out the Maple Sugar Bacon Breakfast Sandwich and theHam & Swiss Croissant Stuffer .
They gave me the driest and least flavorful biscuit I've ever eaten instead. they also gave me an English muffin, and it was decent.. the vanilla cream donuts were phenomenal, as well as the old fashioned blueberry.

The eggs were green and tasted old and the bread was stale. However, this is only my first bad experience here at this location. Usually a much better experience.
