They put the doughnut in the bag face down so all the icing came off stuck to the bag and no sprinkles.

My order was completely messed up! I ordered 2 plain bagels, NOT toasted w/ cream cheese. The bagels were untoasted, sliced and the cream cheese was applied to them! Great, now how was I expected to toast them? My 2 Large iced Mocha coffees, were w/ liquid sugar and cream! NO liquid sugar was put in them! Very bitter taste! I called and spoke to Samantha who informed me as far as the bagels, I had to specify cream cheese on the side in the door dash app! I double checked the app. and that's incorrect ! She offered to correct the order on my next visit! Thank you, that's very kind however, it would have been easier to just get the order right the first time! I've been a customer of this particular establishment for a long time, the issues are becoming more and more and  the service stinks!

Order the same coffee everyday. Not sweet at all. Ordered 4 glazed donuts and received none. Got all chocolate glazed or chocolate frosted leaving nothing for my son to eat as he doesn't eat chocolate.

I love Dunkin but this store needs to work on inventory management. They continually have issues having enough inventory of many items. Mostly the omelette bites but bagles as well as packing materials as well.
