The Iced Chai Latte I got was a giant cup of milk. I didn't know they only added 1 pump of chai syrup to a large order.  I should have stuck to my regular coffee order because this was disappointing. I will not order this again

With the exception of decent coffee, this location is the worst. Ordered the Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich toasted, it was NOT toasted & the egg was as dry as can be. with the already limited choice of donuts, my choice was already SOLD OUT by 11 a.m. so it was replaced with their Chocolate glazed. I approved the replacement thinking it was their regular glazed donut with chocolate glaze on top. It ended up being the chocolate frosted cake donut. It was so dry it made us gag, and neither the donut nor the glaze tasted anything even close to being chocolate. Mine went straight to the trash after the first bite, which left me with a scratchy throat. I def will not be revisiting this location anytime soon.

The wrong cheese was used for my Sausage Egg and Cheese and it had way too much 'everything' seasoning on the bagel.
