Frozen Chocolate was literally on point with what I wanted! sweet, smooth, tasted like hazelnut, caramel and cocoa! my order was followed so well! And Classic Donuts from Dunkin never miss!

I have ordered from Dunkin several times with a variety of items however my matcha is always an issue. Why is my $7 large matcha not full to the top and why does it taste like water and nothing else. Every other time I've ordered it has never been full however this time it also doesn't taste like an actual Matcha! Very disappointing!

They did not put cream cheese on a bagel at all- It was extra for cream cheese (1.25ish) -- and the bagel that did have it was very little.  Neither donut was correct. They also packed the donuts so that the frosting was facing each other in the bag so we had to pulp them apart and the frosting cane off the top of each donut. The coffee was correct.

the strawberry collatta is disgusting. it tastes like licking pennies. the coffee chiller is too sweet.

I ENJOYED MY LATTE WHICH WAS HOT BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE QUALITY OF THE REST OF MY FOOD WAS SUBPAR AND I ONLY RECEIVED FIVE SQUISHED AND BURNED TATOR TOTS.
