Toasted Almond frozen Coffee was EXCELLENT w/ Caramel and the Macchiato w/ Butter Pecan was DELICIOUS.. Have never had any complaints w/ DUNKIN!

I ordered a bagel not toasted they toasted it.  I ordered a grilled cheese paid for bacon to be added, no bacon.  When I called the Dunkin in Georgetown DE the associate who answered tried to blame it all on Door Dash.  They did not make the food, I told her you did.  She only apologized and said they were just very very busy and didn't pay attention to detail. I told her that was a very poor excuse she offered nothing to help me out with this order and so the conversation ended. I order from this location a couple of times a week for the office and this was very disappointing and their customer service skills need to be worked on.

One of the coffees lids were off and coffee spilled all over the food.  Not the drivers fault. I have had it happen to me a couple times at the store itself they don't put the lids on properly.  It's an easy mistake to make and we are good.  They just need to be more careful.

The Hash Browns were not cooked all the way. I requested American cheese on my wraps and they didn out americancheese on my Wake-Up Wrap® - Maple Sugar Bacon. First time ever having an issue with this store usually pretty good.
