They stepped up their standards! Im not sure what happened but it's working. Everything comes sealed and even WITH STRAWS??? 15/10

My Iced Dunkalatte was made to PERFECTION!!! Very flavorful, FRESH and filled to the rim!! I'll definitely be ordering again!

The Half Dozen Donuts were hard as rocks. Stale . Had to stick them in the microwave for a few seconds for them to be edible. Coffee was perfect as usual.

Tried to call to confirm they had flavors I wanted, but no answer on 3 attempts. I ordered a dozen donuts and got 10. As expected and why I tried to call, I only got 5 of the 12 flavors I ordered. I've had the same issue with other locations. Shorted 2 donuts and did not get flavors I paid for.
